2026 Guatemala Short-Term Mission Teams<\/h3>\t\t\t
\n

The 2026 Guatemala Short-Term Mission teams will be serving from August 17\u201327<\/strong> and August 22\u2013September 1<\/strong>. We invite the congregation to visit the team in the gym to learn more about their ministry and how you can support them.<\/p>\n

Please pray for:<\/strong>
\n–\u00a0 For each team member to find a unique way to exercise their spiritual gifts
\n–\u00a0 For logistics and planning: smooth coordination of travel, accommodations, and organization of day camps.
\n–\u00a0 For the team to bond around the mission and to build each other up spiritually<\/p>\n

Deacon Ordination Service \u2013 Sun Jul 12, 1:30 PM<\/h3>\t\t\t

We will be holding a Deacon Ordination Service for Franklin Liu<\/span><\/span> from the Mandarin Ministry on Sunday, July 12, at 1:30 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lunch will be served prior to the service. Please register for lunch with this form before July 6th if you intend to attend:\u00a0registration form<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Registration for VBC is open!<\/h3>\t\t\t

Vacation Bible Camp registration is open for campers (completed SK to grade 5) and youth volunteers! VBC will be running from August 4<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0to 14<\/span>th,<\/span><\/strong> 2026<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Church Office Hours<\/h3>\t\t\t

Our church office hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays, and 9:30am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\t\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Sunday Parking Arrangements<\/h3>\t\t\t

The parking spaces at our church\u00a0are <\/span>reserved <\/span>for families with <\/span>children under 8<\/span> years old or <\/span>seniors over 60<\/span> years old.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alternative parking options: TTC Finch Station parking lot (free on Sundays), the 7th Day Adventist church on Hendon, or other nearby parking spots.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please do <\/span>not<\/span> park along the roadside on Hendon Avenue to avoid illegal parking and potential fines.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Online Giving\/Tithing<\/h3>\t\t\t

Offering is a privilege and responsibility for members. Our encouragement is for each member to prayerfully seek God\u2019s guidance for how they ought to be giving in this season. All offering goes towards funding ministries locally and globally.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We encourage the congregation to offer online through e-transfer or online banking. If you choose to give offering via cheque, we ask that you write the church’s full name “North Toronto Chinese Baptist Church”. The banks no longer accept the short form NTCBC as a valid payee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sports Ministry<\/h3>\t\t\t

Our English sports ministries have a new page with information regarding our basketball, volleyball, and softball programs.<\/p>\n
