Summer Sabbath plans<br \/>\n2. Leadership decision making during covid<br \/>\n3. Future stages for bringing back church<br \/>\n4. Helping in different areas of church \/ evolving serving needs<\/p>\n<p>We encourage you to plan to attend this meeting which will be via Zoom (link to be made available in advance of the meeting).<\/p>\n<p><em>As a note, this town hall will be in lieu of our regular Sunday post-sermon prayer\/sharing session.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-2972-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-2972-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2972-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_themegrill_flash_image tg-widget tg-image-widget panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-2972-2-0-0\" >\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ntcbc.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/05\/process.png\" \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-2972-2-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2972-2-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-2972-2-1-0\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Church Reopening Plans<\/h3>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p>Ontario&#8217;s recent announcement loosened restrictions for places of worship to allow reopening at 30% of normal capacity.<\/p>\n<p>NT Reopen Committee continues to work on the following areas of reopening:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Readiness of church facilities for a healthy and safe environment<\/li>\n<li>Operational procedures for the lowest possible risk of community outbreak in compliance to all government guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Readiness of all church ministries with the physical and spiritual health of all congregations as the foremost consideration<\/li>\n<li>Communication plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>At this point, we will not be reopening the church in June.\u00a0 Ongoing communication will be provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-2972-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-2972-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2972-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_themegrill_flash_image tg-widget tg-image-widget panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-2972-3-0-0\" >\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ntcbc.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/06\/break.png\" \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-2972-3-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2972-3-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"7\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-2972-3-1-0\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Summer Sabbath for Small Groups<\/h3>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><div>We will be introducing a period of Sabbath rest for our Small Group Leaders (SGLs) during the Summer months of July and August.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>The goal of this period isn&#8217;t simply to take time off, but to embrace the 4 following principles of a Sabbath:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Establish Rhythm of Work and Rest (SGLs do not otherwise have scheduled periods of rest)<\/li>\n<li>Act of Trusting and Worshiping God<\/li>\n<li>Provide Opportunity to do good<\/li>\n<li>Experience God&#8217;s blessing of rest<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Each SGL has been given guidance and discretion in how to plan out the Sabbath period specific to their small group, but we&#8217;ve recommended to take advantage of this time in the following ways:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Take this extra time to <b>invest in\u00a0<\/b><b>their families<\/b>, grow\u00a0<b>deeper in their accountability groups,\u00a0<\/b>and create opportunities for\u00a0<b>personal evangelism<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Take this as an opportunity to facilitate fellowship gatherings (in lieu of SGLs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-2972-4\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-has-style\" ><div class=\"panel-row-style panel-row-style-for-2972-4\" ><div id=\"pgc-2972-4-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2972-4-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_themegrill_flash_image tg-widget tg-image-widget panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"8\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-2972-4-0-0\" >\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ntcbc.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/chat.png\" \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-2972-4-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-2972-4-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"9\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-2972-4-1-0\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Post-Sermon Sharing and Prayer<\/h3>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a faith community, we have a responsibility to care for one another.
