Community Sharing and Prayer – Sunday at 10:45 AM<\/h3>\t\t\t

As a faith community, we have a responsibility to care for one another. While social distancing may hinder our ability to meet physically, God has equipped us with the technology to meet online so that we can continue to fellowship together.<\/span><\/p>\n

2020 Tax Receipts<\/h3>\t\t\t

Finance Department is now in the course of preparing the tax receipts for 2020.\u00a0 As the church would not be resuming physical worships soon; all tax receipts will be sent by mail.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Mission Prayer Meetings occur monthly (Last Wednesday of every month). This is where we gather online to support our missionaries in prayer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our next membership meeting will be on Sunday, Feb 28 from 1:30-3:00 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Approve the second reading of the Church Incorporation Bylaw documents.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Approve the financial report as of January 31, 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Announce membership transfer out for James Yu, Jenny Pan, Sarane Lau (Poon), Richard Lau.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Approve S & B Annual Adjustments for Pastors and Staff effective April 1, 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Approve to transfer $144,167.06 from Mission Reserve Fund to Mission Fund to cover the 2020 account deficit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Approve to transfer\u00a0 $269,232 surplus from General Fund to General Reserve Fund 5. The 2nd and 3rd reading to approve the legal documents will be held during the monthly membership meeting on Feb 21 and Mar 21.\u00a0 Please reserve time to attend.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
