English Ministry Town Hall \u2013 Feb 4, 11:15AM<\/h3>\t\t\t

Our theme for 2024 is Strive for a 3rd Generation. We made a decision to continue our theme from 2024 because we realize that while we have made great strides in building a culture of disciple-making, there is still much to work on.<\/p>\n

Please join our Town Hall to hear how God has been working at NTCBC and how you can partner with us to make disciples who make disciples.<\/p>\n

Month of Prayer & Fasting<\/h3>\t\t\t

January is our month of prayer and fasting. During this month, we spend extra time on Sunday to pray as a congregation to discern God\u2019s will and for empowerment to do God\u2019s will.<\/p>\n

We also encourage members to set aside a day to fast and pray with their families and small groups. As a reminder, fasting is an outward act that reveals an inward attitude. As a congregation, we are fasting to express our desire for God to make us a church filled with disciples who make disciples.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Post-Service Prayer Meeting \u2013 Jan 21, 11:15AM<\/h3>\t\t\t

Charles Spurgeon once called the prayer room \u2018The Engine Room of the Church\u2019. \u201cIf the engine room is out of action,\u201d Spurgeon explained, \u201cthen the whole mill will grind to a halt. We cannot expect blessing if we do not ask.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a church, we desire to see God work in our midst to save souls, build His Church, and heal the broken. Therefore, we ask that you join us in our Engine Room to pray for one another and for God to do a great work in our midst.<\/p>\n

Our Discover Class is a 1-hour class that introduces you to our faith community \u2013 our beliefs and how we live out the Great Commission. It is also the first step you will take if you want to be a part of a Small Group Community.<\/p>\n

NTCBC Members\u2019 Meeting \u2013 Feb 25, 2:00 PM<\/h3>\t\t\t

We would like to invite all members of North Toronto Chinese Baptist Church to join the Members\u2019 Meeting at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 25, 2024.<\/p>\n

The meeting will be held in the church gym in the basement.<\/p>\n
