Bible Text: 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 | Preacher: Kwan Chan | Series: One Body One Mission | The night before He was crucified, Jesus told His disciples that they were to love one another so that\u00a0they could reflect God\u2019s love to one another and to\u00a0the world. Unfortunately, the church in Corinth has\u00a0neglected Jesus\u2019 words, and as a result, the church was in state of deep brokenness.<\/p>\n
The Apostle Paul wrote to the church to remind them of Jesus\u2019 commands. He not only reminded them of the importance of love, but also taught on the superiority of love, all in an attempt to convince them to love one another.<\/p>\n
As we receive God\u2019s Word, it is important to remember that in order for us to love, we must first\u00a0be filled with God\u2019s love, meaning that we must allow God to fill us with His love by His Spirit as we reflect upon the Good News.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
