This means that every time we read the Bible, we can hear God speak a personal message to us. While God&#8217;s Word promises us this type of intimacy, many of us have not experienced this type of dynamic conversation when we read our Bibles.<\/p>\n<p>The Good News is that our experience is not because God is not speaking; God speaks to us every day. The issue is that we are not good listeners. Thankfully, hearing God&#8217;s voice when we read His Word is a skill that we can develop through faithful, patient, and prayerful Bible Study.
