He\u00a0presents this metaphor to his readers and then\u00a0exhorts them to \u2018walk in the light\u2019 by pursuing two\u00a0things: truth and holiness.<\/p>\n<p>John\u2019s exhortation for his readers is as relevant for\u00a0us today as it was two millennia ago.
