Have you ever tried to picture what the perfect church would look like? Whatever picture you have in your head, the chances are, we currently fall short of that ideal. And I hate to break it to you, but there is a high probability that our church will never be picture perfect. However, this does not mean that all hope is lost. While we will never be a perfect church, we can still grow to become a healthy church.

In today’s sermon, we see that healthy Christians have been converted by Christ to walk in Christ. When we receive Jesus as Christ and King, He performs the permanent and powerful work of converting us from sinners into saints, thereby securing our salvation and ensuring that we will be passionately and joyously living for Him.
