Bible Text: Acts 13:1-4 | Preacher: Curtis Lai | Series: Prayer and Fasting | As we a take a look at the early Church in the New Testament, we are reminded of the importance of fasting and prayer in the process of seeking God’s will. In Acts 13, God reveals His specific calling for Saul and Barnabas during a time of fasting and prayer in the church at Antioch. As a result, the early church commissions its first missionary journey to Asia Minor in order to bring the Gospel “to the end of the Earth”.
