Have you ever tried to picture what the perfect church would look like? Whatever picture you have in your head, the chances are, we currently fall short of that ideal. And I hate to break it to you, but there is a high probability that our church will never be picture perfect. However, this does not mean that all hope is lost. While we will never be a perfect church, we can still grow to become a healthy church.

In today’s sermon, we are reminded that healthy members belong to a local church body. A local church body composed of a diversity of members that are united by their shared experience of the Gospel. And a local church body in which members are able to care for one another and partner together to carry out God's mission.
