Bible Text: Matthew 6:9 | Preacher: Kwan Chan | Series: Thy Kingdom Come 2020 | The Bible teaches that prayer is powerful. Through prayer, we are able to draw near to God and experience His presence and power. However, though many of us know how prayer is supposed to work, it’s not really working for us. John Onwuchekwa wrote, “Though prayer is necessary, it does not come naturally.” Thankfully, Jesus knows that prayer is not natural for us, and therefore teaches us how to pray so that we can know our great and glorious God.

In our study, we will be focusing on the first four words of Jesus’ lesson on prayer where He tells us to seek our Father in Heaven, who desires to form His children with His love.
