Due to the existing emergency states in the province, the church would not be able to handle any mail-in offerings until further notice.

Finance Department is now in the course of preparing the tax receipts for 2020.  As the church would not be resuming physical worships soon; all tax receipts will be sent by mail.

Below is an update from our Church Incorporation Committee:

1. Members have approved the incorporation documents for the 1st reading on Dec 27, 2020. 
2. The By-Law has been updated with 2 changes: i) add section IV.9(c) to require quorum at the time of voting in membership meetings and ii) update section X.6(b) to remove the 1-year extension for the maximum term of officers. 
3. Members should have received email notifications by Feb 06 to retrieve the updated doc. If you haven’t received the email, please contact CIEC @ [email protected].
4. If you don’t have an email address, please contact the NTCBC office to get a hard copy if needed.
5. The 2nd and 3rd reading to approve the legal documents will be held during the monthly membership meeting on Feb 21 and Mar 21.  Please reserve time to attend.
