1. Approve the second reading of the Church Incorporation Bylaw documents.
2. Approve the financial report as at January 31, 2021.
3. Announce membership transfer out for James Yu, Jenny Pan, Sarane Lau (Poon), Richard Lau. 
4. Approve S & B Annual Adjustments for Pastors and Staff effective April 1, 2021.
5. Approve to transfer $144,167.06 from Mission Reserve Fund to Mission Fund to cover the 2020 account deficit.
6. Approve to transfer  $269,232 surplus from General Fund to General Reserve Fund 5. The 2nd and 3rd reading to approve the legal documents will be held during the monthly membership meeting on Feb 21 and Mar 21.  Please reserve time to attend.
