1. Procedural matters of Church Incorporation (all of which is to be effective as of the 1st day of July, 2021):
   • to transfer the Membership and assets of the Unincorporated Church to the Corporation;
   • to have the Corporation assume the liabilities, debts and obligations of the Unincorporated Church; 
   • to have the Corporation indemnify the board of directors, pastors, associate pastors, officers, trustees and members of the Unincorporated Church; 
   • to transfer the Charitable Registration Number and/or Business Identification Number 131135972 RR0001 of the Unincorporated Church to the Corporation; and 
   • to confirm that the Unincorporated Association, as an unincorporated association; 
2. Approve the financial report as at May 31, 2021.

On the first Sunday of every month, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper during our online worship service as a way to remember and proclaim Christ’s death and resurrection. We also practice the Lord’s Supper as a way of continually identifying ourselves as followers of Jesus Christ.
